京都大学文学部（心理学専修）卒業後、新卒でコンコードに入社。
その後、ボストン・コンサルティング・グループにて、エネルギー、テクノロジー、消費財、官公庁など幅広い業界・テーマを対象とした全社戦略案件や自社採用活動に従事。

多数のプロジェクトに取り組む中、クライアントとの良好な関係を築くことで信頼を獲得したり、チームメンバー同士が気持ちよく働ける関係性を醸成することで、チームのパフォーマンスが向上したりなど、「個人個人との信頼関係を大切にすることで、チームや組織の成長を支えている」という手応えを、何度も感じてきました。

これらの経験から、より多くの方一人一人にしっかりと向き合い、「個人」の魅力や可能性を広げることのできるキャリアコンサルタントを志向し、コンコードエグゼクティブグループに再び参画いたしました。

After graduating from Kyoto University, Faculty of literature a special Psychology course, Hikaru Hamamoto started to her career at Concord Executive Group. Then she joined BCG and experienced many projects pertaining to Energy, Technology-media, Consumer and Government office and so forth. Moreover she engaged in company recruitment activities.

While working on multiple projects, I have often experienced the value of building strong relationships with clients to earn their trust and fostering a positive working environment among team members to enhance overall team performance. I’ve repeatedly felt that by nurturing trust with each individual, I am contributing to the growth of both the team and the organization.
These experiences have inspired me to focus on becoming a career consultant who can engage deeply with each person and expand their unique charm and potential. This is why I rejoined Concord Executive Group.
